We have so many requests to see our stunning Tipis in the flesh and what better way to showcase them than in a real-wedding setting!
Our Spring Open Weekends have always been truly show-stopping events, with the tents adorned with spectacular florals, lush furnishings and beautiful decor. They are a real opportunity to experience the Tipis as they would be set up for your special day, with music, roaring fires and atmospheric lighting. We adore bringing these events together to inspire and delight you and this Spring will be no different!
Take a peek at some of our previous showcases, where we have set up in some truly fantastic locations, ranging from idyllic rural landscapes through to historic regal venues.

Our rural venues, surrounded by stunning rolling hills and open fields, offer a unique opportunity to make it your own, putting your stamp on your day – which is something we adore to see. If you’re a couple looking for the ultimate ‘DIY’ wedding, then these are your ideal spaces. Alternatively, hotels, halls and historic buildings offer everything you need under one umbrella, with accommodation, food & drink, music and much more already included. If you’re the type of couple seeking a curated wedding experience, where everything is organised for you, then you are probably more suited to these venues.
For both showcases, we took inspiration from my personal favourite colour since having my daughter, pink! Pink is the perfect wedding colour, evoking feelings of romance, love, gratefulness and appreciation. It’s the colour of all ‘good things’ – candyfloss, ice cream, strawberries – all things to make anyone smile!

You don’t have to just stick to one colour though and pretty much any colour goes with pink, so the boundaries are endless. We opted for a mixture of soft and contrasting vibrant tones of pinks, purples and greens. We used lighting to our advantage and set the LED’s to a hot pink to inject some fun into the set up. We’re always a big fan of oversized paper lanterns, bunched and hung to create a bold eye-catching display.
We always say that florals really do make your wedding décor come alive, and these displays created by Sarah at Plume Floristry and Laura from Blush were no exception. My advice is to go bold or go home but that doesn’t mean every single inch of the Tipi has to be decorated with florals. Sometimes, all that is needed is an eye-catching statement piece, a few simple displays and plenty of flickering candles and table lanterns.

Sarah opted for a romantic ‘top table’ hanging display, with flowers bursting through soft, draped linen. A simple but oversized floral runner adorned the middle row of tables, creating a bold statement without overwhelming the entire table layout.
Laura crafted a beautiful floral hoop, hanging low over the guest seating to create a beautiful focal point. The Top Table was styled with vibrant centrepieces, complementing our colourful table décor perfectly. Coupled with our sumptuous soft furnishings and rustic table lanterns/ candles, we think these were two of our most iconic set ups – even if we do say so ourselves!

Finally, our good friends at Kazooieloki kindly offered to capture our hard work of laboured love and boy, were the results out of this world. We honestly couldn’t recommend a photographer more, especially when it comes to a Tipi wedding. They manage to capture the essence of a Tipi perfectly, with their natural, relaxed style and they are fabulous people to work with. My family hate having their photograph taken and I’m always blown away by how relaxed and at ease they make you feel. I think you’ll agree that these images are pretty amazing and hopefully they will stir up some ideas for your big day.

Inspiring your vision for your special day is what our Open Weekends are all about and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for Spring 2026! We will be announcing some dates very soon on our social media and would LOVE for you to come along and meet us. In the meantime, we hope you’ve been tickled pink by our last showcases, and we can’t wait to see you soon!
